Premieres Traces – Opening

Val d’Isère dons its white coat for its Premières Traces weekend on Saturday November 30 & Sunday December 1, 2024. The event marks the opening of the winter season with a ski & snowboard test village with the Ski Force Winter Tour and a festivities program.

Premières Traces
For Val d’Isère’s opening weekend, come and try the latest equipment from the biggest ski and snowboard brands, in the test village at the foot of the slopes.

PROGRAM PREMIERES TRACES
ALL WEEKEND
2024-2025 ski & snowboard testing with Ski Force Winter Tour. 20 ski brands (Armada, Atomic, Black Crows, Blizzard, Dynastar, Elan, Faction, Fischer, Head, Kästle, Lacroix, Movement, Nordica, Rossignol, Salomon, Scott, Stöckli, Tecnina, Völkl, Zag) and 5 snowboard brands (Bataleon, Deeluxe, Salomon, Rome, Boréalis). Tests of the latest goggles and sunglasses from our partner Oakley, as well as the Ski~Mojo exoskeleton.
SATURDAY
– From 4.45pm: Mulled wine tasting, to the sounds of a brass band, on the Tourist Office square.
– 5pm: TOMBOLA! If you’ve taken part in the ski/snowboard tests, you’ll also be in with a chance to win skis, snowboards and accessories on the Tourist Office square + live concert
– 7pm: Screenings of extreme sports films at the Conference Centre « Ephemere » by Baptiste Sjöström with Edgar Cheylus and « Of a lifetime » by Jérôme Tanon. Open primarily for those with “Premières Traces” PACKAGES (with voucher) and subject to availability.
