This activity derives from cross-country skiers’ summer training sessions in Nordic countries. It involves walking with a specific type of poles. It has multiple benefits and is especially good for healthy blood circulation.
During the session, which lasts about two hours and alternates exercises and hiking, we’ll talk about warm-up methods and the technique for using the poles. We’ll round off the excursion with a few stretching exercises. An energetic morning that’s gentle on the body and makes you mindful of your own sensations.
Poles provided.
It is compulsory to sign up at the Tourist Office beforehand, at the latest the day from 6pm to 7pm.
